This article explains how to export your transactions from Crypto.com Exchange in order to import them into Waltio.
👉 Useful for consolidating your deposits, withdrawals, loans, margin trading, staking, airdrops, and trading history.

⚠️ Warnings

  • The Crypto.com Exchange API only retrieves trades from the last 6 months.

  • Deposits and withdrawals are not retrieved via the API.

  • All files must be exported separately and cover only 180 days each.

  • Opening and saving a CSV file may alter its structure and block its automatic reading by our software.

  • Once the files are downloaded, do not open or rename them.

💡 Recommendations

  • We recommend contacting Crypto.com Exchange to report your difficulties retrieving your data. The more customers request it, the more likely it will be prioritized.

  • Download all relevant files depending on your activity: deposits/withdrawals, transactions, loans/margins, and trade history.

📂 How to access your data

  1. Log in to your Crypto.com Exchange account.

  2. In the main menu, select Wallet.

📤 How to export your data

  1. Deposit/withdrawal file: download your deposit and withdrawal history (max 180 days per file).

  2. Transaction file: click Order > Transactions (includes staking, airdrops, etc.).

  3. Loan/margin file: download it if you used loans or margin trading.

  4. Trade file: click Order > Trade History (includes derivatives, futures, etc.).

  5. For each file, select the dates and click Export.

  1. Go to the Import a file page on Waltio.

  2. Upload this files.
