This article explains how to export your transactions from Crypto.com Exchange in order to import them into Waltio.
👉 Useful for consolidating your deposits, withdrawals, loans, margin trading, staking, airdrops, and trading history.
⚠️ Warnings
The Crypto.com Exchange API only retrieves trades from the last 6 months.
Deposits and withdrawals are not retrieved via the API.
All files must be exported separately and cover only 180 days each.
Opening and saving a CSV file may alter its structure and block its automatic reading by our software.
Once the files are downloaded, do not open or rename them.

We recommend contacting Crypto.com Exchange to report your difficulties retrieving your data. The more customers request it, the more likely it will be prioritized.
Download all relevant files depending on your activity: deposits/withdrawals, transactions, loans/margins, and trade history.

📤 How to export your data
Deposit/withdrawal file: download your deposit and withdrawal history (max 180 days per file).
Transaction file: click Order > Transactions (includes staking, airdrops, etc.).
Loan/margin file: download it if you used loans or margin trading.
Trade file: click Order > Trade History (includes derivatives, futures, etc.).
For each file, select the dates and click Export.
