📝 Description
This article explains how to export your transaction history from Binance in order to import it into Waltio.
👉 The API connection is strongly recommended for reliability, speed, and better data quality. File export is only necessary if you want to retrieve deposits, withdrawals, trades, or Auto Invest history.
⚠️ Warnings
The Order history file is not supported by Waltio.
Export the files in Excel format, not PDF.
Opening, modifying, or renaming downloaded files may make them unreadable by Waltio.
💡 Recommendations
We strongly recommend using the Binance API connection instead of file export, as it is faster and ensures better quality.
If you used the Auto Invest service, remember to export files twice per year (Jan–Jun and Jul–Dec) to ensure full coverage of your data.
📂 How to access your data
Log in to your Binance account.
Deposits
Go to Wallet > Fiat and Spot.
Click Transaction History then Export Deposit History.
Customize the period and export the file in Excel format.
Withdrawals
Repeat the process above, selecting Withdraw and then Export Withdrawal History.
Trades
Go to Order > Spot Order at the top right.
Select Trade History in the left menu and click Export.
Use Custom Range to select your desired dates.
Auto Invest
If you used Auto Invest, download the file History Auto-Invest-YYYY-MM-DD_YYYY-MM-DD.xlsx from the Auto Invest History page.
Export two files per year:
January 1 → June 30
July 1 → December 31
📤 How to export your data
Export Deposit history, Withdrawal history, Trade history, and optionally Auto Invest files as Excel.
Verify that you did not download Order history, which is not supported.
