This article explains how to export your transactions made via the Crypto.com mobile application in order to import them into Waltio.

⚠️ Warnings
CSV files must not be opened, renamed, or modified, otherwise they will not be accepted.
Opening and downloading a CSV file may alter its structure and block its automatic reading by our software.
Do not retrieve your fiat transaction history (document fiat_transactions_record).

Repeat the process for your credit card transactions if you have them.
Transfer your files to your computer by emailing them to yourself.

From the transaction history page, click Export.
Select the wallet and the widest date range possible. Click Export CSV.
Download your history.

Transfer your files to your computer (e.g., by emailing them to yourself).
Go to the Import a file page on Waltio.
Upload this files.
ℹ️ Additional Information
The Crypto.com API has two limitations: it only retrieves the last 6 months of trades and does not include deposits/withdrawals.
Therefore, we will not be able to offer a functional API for the mobile application in the short term.
