This article explains how to export your transaction history from Coinbase Pro to import it into Waltio.
👉 Using the Coinbase Pro API is strongly recommended as it ensures better data quality and more accurate capital gains calculation.
⚠️ Warnings
Opening, modifying, or renaming a CSV/XLSX file may make it unreadable by Waltio.
You must import both "Account" and "Fills" files to have a complete history.
Coinbase Pro removes disabled markets (e.g., XRP/EUR). If transactions are missing, they must be added manually via a Waltio format file.
💡 Recommendations
Always generate both the Account and Fills reports.
If the download button in the email doesn’t work, copy-paste the link into a new browser tab.
📂 How to access your data
Log in to your Coinbase Pro account.
Go to the Reports page.
Hover over Generate and click Account.
Configure the following options:
Accounts: All accounts
Time range: Custom range
Dates: cover your full trading history
Format: CSV
Email: your email address
Click Generate Report
⚠️ Repeat the same process for Fills reports.
You will receive an email with a download link.
If the button does not work: right-click → copy link → paste in new tab → press Enter.

Go to the Import a file page on Waltio.
Upload this files
