📝 Description
The Coinbase Pro API allows you to connect your Coinbase Pro account to Waltio to automatically import your deposits, withdrawals, trades, and balances.
👉 This avoids manual file uploads and simplifies your tax reporting.
⚠️ Warnings
Only the View permission is required. Do not activate other permissions.
Transfers between internal accounts are not supported by Waltio.
If you delete or modify your keys, synchronization will stop and all modifications (labels, prices, etc.) will be lost.
Adding files containing trades already read by the API may result in duplicates.
💡 Recommendations
Synchronization may take a few minutes to several hours.
Waltio only integrates closed orders.
If your API keys were corrected after an error, contact support via the chatbot as synchronizations run weekly.
📂 How to access your data
From the Coinbase Pro dashboard (website only), click the menu in the upper right corner.
API key management is not supported on the mobile app.Select API from the menu.
Under Profile Information, click the API Settings tab, then select + New API Key.
📤 How to export your data
Select your profile and set the appropriate permissions.
Required permission: View only.
Create a passphrase and enter your 2FA code.
Click Create API Key to generate your key.
Copy the new API key and secret key displayed on the API settings page.
