MEXC only allows you to obtain your deposit and withdrawal history for a maximum period of 365 days.
This period is 2 years for the history of your trading activity.
Therefore, please download the files immediately to keep track of your activity.
🚨If your activity exceeds the time limit allowed for downloading, please export your entire transactions.
Step 1: Log in to your MEXC account
👉 For deposits and withdrawals:
Step 2 : Go to your Deposits and Withdrawals history page
Or by clicking on this link : https://www.mexc.com/fr-FR/assets/record
👉 Click on "Dépôt" / "Deposit" then "Exporter"
👉 Click on "Générer un relevé de compte"
👉 Please repeat the procedure for “Withdrawals” / "Retraits".
👉 For spot trades:
Step 3 : Go to your spot trade history page

👉 Click on "Historique de trading"/“Trading History” then “Exporter”
👉 Cliick on "Générer un relevé de compte"
👉 Export all of your transactions
f you started using MEXC more than a year ago, please contact customer service to request an email of your entire activity on the platform, indicating:
👉 Go to the home page: https://www.mexc.com/fr-FR, then click on the “headset” at the bottom right.
👉 Say to the bot "i want to talk with an human", you will then be redirected to a human.
👉 Then send this message:
"Hello, I would like to retrieve the summary of my transactions on the MEXC platform. Here are the details you need :
1. Your e-mail address
2. "I want to export Deposit, Withdrawal, Spot, Future."
3. The start and end date of your activity on MEXC
