Find and download your Zebitex transaction history

Updated over 2 years ago

Hi there ๐Ÿ‘‹

On Zebitex you can retrieve your tracing history in CSV format.
โ€‹
โ€‹Step 1 : To download your history, simply go to the "History" tab, choose the type of operation and enter the desired period.

You will then have the choice between:

โŒ Order history:

These are the orders you have opened (completed or cancelled).

โœ… Trade history:

These are successfully executed trades.

โœ… History of deposits/withdrawals or the file: "report_account_FROM_2019-10-01_TO_2020-10-01_ON_2022-01-11_11_56_3020220111-4721-12dedey.csv":

These are the deposits and withdrawals made.

Step 2: We only need the "Trade History" & "Deposit/Withdrawal History" files. Download your history.

๐Ÿ’ก The "report_order_FROM_2020-01-01_TO_2020-12-31_ON_2021-04-26_16_16_0620210426-315-13fdvff.csv" file is not needed.

Step 3: Upload the files to Waltio.

โš ๏ธ Fees are sometimes incorrectly displayed, so when an order is split into several trades, the total fee is entered in each line (therefore each trade) instead of splitting the fee in proportion to the amount of the trade.

Example: I trade 1 ETH for 3000 USDT. The fee is 10USDT.

On the Zebitex file, the order can be split into 10 transactions of 0.1 ETH (which is not a problem per se) and the fee will be split equally across all transactions. This is where the problem comes in: the fees will be displayed at 0.1 ETH on each of the 10 transactions (instead of 0.01 ETH).
โ€‹
โš ๏ธ Opening and saving a CSV file can sometimes modify it's structure, thus blocking automatic lecture by our program. Once files from Zebitex files are downloaded please, do not open them or modify their names so that we can read it correctly !

Thank you.
