🚨 GATE.IO only allows you to obtain your activity history for a maximum period of 30 days.
Please contact customer service to request emailing of your entire platform activity.
Their customer service may refuse, in this case, you will have to add one file per 30 day period on Waltio.
Get your complete Gate.io statement
Step 1: Log in to Gate.io.
Step 2: Please click on the little guy at the bottom right of the screen:
Step 3: 👉 Tell the robot "I want to talk with a human", you will then be redirected to a human.
👉 Then send this message
"Hello,
Could you send me my full historic CSV file for trades, deposits, withdrawals, rewards, startups... from 01/01/2018 to 31/12/2024. The file name is 'My Purselog'
My account email address is : myemail@address.com
Thank you in advance"
👉 You will receive the requested files by email within 2 to 3 working days.
Then click on “Filter”.
We advise you to use the Gate.io files rather than the API which only gives partial transactions.
Get your history (maximum 30 days)
Step 1: Log in to Gate.io.
Step 2: Click on “Wallet” then “Transactions History” in the top menu.
Step 3: Once this page is displayed, verify that all accounts, coins, and transaction types are selected:
Step 4: Select a period by clicking on the dates.
Retrieve all transactions since the date of your account creation.
Then click on “Filter”.
Step 5: Download the document:
Step 6: Once the file is received, upload the file to Waltio.
⚠️ Opening and saving a CSV file can sometimes modify its structure, thus blocking automatic lecture by our program. Once files from Gate.io files are downloaded, please, do not open them or modify their names so that we can read it correctly !
