This tutorial allows you to retrieve your transaction history from the Lydia platform. To do this, you will need to ask Lydia customer service to send you the file.
Here's how to do it 👇
Step 1: Contact Lydia customer service
1️⃣ Go to your Lydia account on the “Help” page
2️⃣ Click on “Start a conversation”:
Then “Continue”
3️⃣ Write your message:
😉 Here is a sample message you can copy:
Hello,
I would like to retrieve a file summarizing all of my cryptocurrency transactions to submit to my favorite crypto tax assistant, Waltio.
4️⃣ You will receive an answer like this:
Answer that it is convenient for you.
Step 2: Receiving the file
In the days following your request, you will receive your file in .xlsx format by email.
⚠️ Opening and saving a CSV file can modify its structure, which blocks its automatic reading by our software. Once the file is downloaded, do not open it so that we can read it correctly!
