Step 2 : Upload AscendEX files to Waltio

โš ๏ธ The fact of opening and saving a CSV file can sometimes modify its structure, thus blocking automatic lecture by our program. Once files from AscendEX files are downloaded, please, do not open them or modify their names so that we can read it correctly !

Thank you.

๐Ÿ“ซ At Waltio we are conscious that it is not simple to have to use several tools like an API, CSV files and also files with Waltio's file format. Our team as contacted AscendEX in order to improve their transaction recovery tool. We recommend that you contact them to let them know about your difficulties in recovering your data. We are convinced that if this request comes from their customers, it will be prioritized.
