👉 The API connection only provides trades partially, so files are required for complete data.

Exporting AscendEX files can be problematic. If you encounter difficulties, we recommend contacting AscendEX support.
Opening and saving a CSV file may change its structure and make it unreadable by Waltio. Do not open or rename downloaded files.

📂 How to access your data
Contact AscendEX customer service at [email protected].
For deposits and withdrawals, request:
Subject: Full CSV transaction report
Description: Request deposits and withdrawals from 01/01/2018 to 31/12/20XX with your account email.
For trades, request:
Subject: Full CSV transaction report
Description: Request trades from 01/01/2018 to 31/12/20XX with your account email.

Wait for AscendEX support to send you the requested CSV files (deposits/withdrawals and trades).
