Find and download your Coinhouse transaction history

Updated over a year ago

Hi there 👋

The export functionality of your transaction history is available on Coinhouse.

Step 1: Login to your Coinhouse account

Step 2: Click on “History

Then on “Export”

Then “Advanced export” :

💡 The file is called “transaction history”, be sure to keep the site interface in French so that the file has that name. Otherwise, Waltio will not read it correctly.

Step 3 : Upload the file to Waltio.

⚠️ Opening and saving a CSV file can sometimes modify its structure, thus blocking automatic lecture by our program. Once files from AscendEX files are downloaded, please, do not open them or modify their names so that we can read it correctly !

Thank you.

⚠️ The hours at which transactions take place are not present in the Coinhouse file. So make sure that all your transactions are in the correct order for a given day, otherwise it can create negative balance warnings.

💡 If the case mentioned above arises, you can shift your transactions by one minute in one direction or the other to classify them in real chronological order.

📫 We are aware that it is not easy to obtain a fair calculation in view of the various elements above. Our teams have approached those of Coinhouse in order to improve their transaction recovery tool. We recommend that you contact them to let them know about your difficulties in recovering your data. We are convinced that if this request comes from their customers, it will be prioritized.

💡 If your deposits and withdrawals are not present in the file named “Transactions” you should contact Coinhouse to obtain them.
