Step 1: Login to your Coinmerce account.

Step 2: Click on "Orders" in the top menu

Step 3: This page will be displayed with a summary of your orders, click on "export" to download the history of your transactions.

💡 Check that the "Closed" option on the right of the screen is selected, so you will only download your closed orders.

Step 4: Drop the file on Waltio.

⚠️ The fact of opening and saving a CSV file can sometimes modify it's structure, thus blocking automatic lecture by our program. Once files from Coinmerce files are downloaded please, do not open them or modify their names so that we can read it correctly !
