To recover your files follow these steps!

Step 1: Log in to your Poloniex account. This feature is available in the "Activity" tab. Once you click on the "Activity" tab, you can see all the different transactions you have made on Poloniex.

​Step 2: Navigate to the top right of the page and click "Export" to start the export process. Once you click this button, you will be prompted to choose from a variety of different actions: Deposits, Withdrawals, Distributions, Trades, Margin Borrowing and Loans.

💡 It seems that from now on, it is no longer possible to retrieve a history older than one year on Poloniex.

Step 3: Click "Download" and the file will download.

​Step 4: Reproduce step 1, 2 and 3 with "Withdrawals", "Distribution" and "Trade" . Also reproduce these steps with "Lending" and "Margin Borrowing" if you used its features.

Step 5: Upload the file to Waltio

⚠️ Opening and saving a CSV file can sometimes modify it's structure, thus blocking automatic lecture by our program. Once files from Poloniex files are downloaded please, do not open them or modify their names so that we can read it correctly !
