This article explains how to retrieve your transaction history from Lydia in order to import it into Waltio.

⚠️ Warnings

  • The file is sent by email in .xlsx format.

  • Opening and saving it as CSV may alter its structure and block automatic reading.

💡 Recommendations

  • Do not open the file before importing it into Waltio.

  • Keep the Lydia email containing the file safe.

📂 How to access your data

  1. Log in to your Lydia account and go to the Help page.

  2. Click on Start a conversation then Continue.


  3. Write your message to support. Example message:

    Hello,
    &#xNAN;I would like to retrieve a file summarizing all of my cryptocurrency transactions to submit to my favorite crypto tax assistant, Waltio.

  4. You will receive a reply like this:


    Answer that it is convenient for you.

📤 How to export your data

  1. Within a few days, Lydia will send you the file by email in .xlsx format.

  2. Download the file without opening it to avoid alterations.

  1. Go to the Import a file page on Waltio.

  2. Upload this file.
