⚠️ Warnings

  • Files must not be opened, renamed, or modified before import.

  • Check your spam/junk folder if you do not receive the email.

💡 Recommendations

  • Select the widest possible date range to ensure no transaction is missed.

  • Save the file as received before importing it into Waltio.

📂 How to access your data

  1. Log in to your Paymium account.

  2. Click on the History tab in the navigation menu.

📤 How to export your data

  1. Click Export at the top right of the page.

  2. Select the desired date range using the filters.

  3. Click Send by email.

  4. Retrieve the file sent to your email (check the spam folder if necessary).

  1. Go to the Import a file page on Waltio.

  2. Upload this file.
