This guide explains how to export your transaction history from the Swissborg app to import it into Waltio.
👉 This allows you to centralize your operations and automatically calculate your crypto taxes.
⚠️ Warnings
Waltio only accepts files in Excel format (.XLSX). PDF or CSV files are not supported for Swissborg.
Files must not be opened, renamed, or modified before import.
Pending deposits are not included, while pending withdrawals appear as "Pending".
💡 Recommendations
Select the widest possible date range to include all your transactions.
Trades appear on two lines (buy and sell).
Referral rewards and yield earnings appear as Earnings.
📂 How to access your data
Log in to the Swissborg app.
Go to the Account Statement menu.
Select the desired dates and reference currency (e.g. EUR).
📤 How to export your data
Select Excel File.
Open the file and click the three vertical dots icon.
Select Save As.
Choose Google Sheets, then export in Excel .XLSX format.

Go to the Import a file page on Waltio.
Upload this file.
💡 Swissborg does not currently offer an API. We contacted them to suggest this feature, and we recommend you also reach out via their help center.
