Hi there 👋

Step 1: Login to your Bitvavo account

Step 2 : Click on your name in the top right of your screen, then "Transaction History" in the drop-down menu.

Step 3: This page will appear.

💡 All boxes should be left checked except Pending Status of the Status section.

Step 4 : Click on the small black arrow to download your transaction history.

Step 5 : Drop the file on Waltio.

⚠️ Opening and saving a CSV file can sometimes modify it's structure, thus blocking automatic lecture by our program. Once files from Bitvavo files are downloaded please, do not open them or modify their names so that we can read it correctly !
