Before closing your account on an exchange, it is essential to save your data. Once the account is closed, your API will no longer be functional and you will no longer be able to retrieve your history directly from the platform.

1. Download your transaction history
Download one (or more, depending on the platform) history file of all your transactions.
2. Add the file to Waltio
Add the file to your Waltio account before closing the platform.
๐จ Once the account is closed, your API will no longer be functional. If it had been added on Waltio, it will no longer be synchronized (no new transactions), but the history of your old transactions will remain visible as long as you don't delete the API from your Waltio space.

If you closed the account without taking these precautions
To recover a history file, you will need to contact the platform again. Make sure all your transactions are on Waltio.
If the platform was not supported by Waltio
You will need to manually fill in your transactions using a Waltio format file.
