📝 Description
You can change your plan at any time from your Waltio account. An upgrade takes effect immediately, while a downgrade will be applied to your next billing cycle.
⚠️ Warning
If you subscribed to Waltio via the iPhone app, your subscription is managed directly by Apple. Management, cancellation, and refunds are handled through Apple, not Waltio. To learn more, check this article.
➕ Upgrade to a higher plan
Go to the Subscription page or click Upgrade plan at the bottom left of your screen.
Select the desired plan and click Subscribe. If you have available balance credit, it will automatically be deducted from the total amount. You can also use a promo code.
Complete the secure payment via Stripe.
📂 Downgrade to a lower plan
Go to the Subscription page.
In the Subscription Renewal section, click Update my subscription for the upcoming tax year.
Select the desired plan and click Confirm.
💡 The downgrade will take effect from October 1st of the following cycle, and you will only be charged the amount for the selected plan.
📝 Update your payment details
Go to the Subscription page.
Under your active subscription section, click the credit card icon.
Update your payment method on Stripe.
