At Waltio, our subscriptions are annual. The renewal cycle runs from October 1st to October 1st.
💡 Canceling your subscription disables automatic renewal while allowing you to keep access until the end of the current billing period.
⚠️ Warning
If you subscribed to Waltio via the iPhone app, your subscription is managed directly by Apple. Management, cancellation, and refunds are handled through Apple, not Waltio. To learn more, check this article.
By canceling, you will lose all benefits included in your plan at the end of the current period, including document downloads.
Make sure to download all tax documents generated on Waltio before canceling.
📂 How to cancel your subscription
Go to the Subscription page.
Click Cancel.
Confirm cancellation by clicking Cancel.
The Stripe portal will open. Click Cancel subscription to finalize the cancellation.
💡 After canceling, you will maintain access to your plan until the end of the current billing period. You can resubscribe at any time.
