Waltio accepts refund requests under certain strict conditions.
⚠️ Before subscribing, the free version allows you to test the platform to ensure it meets your needs.
📂 What are the refund conditions?
A refund can be requested if two cumulative conditions are met:
No consultation of the taxable amounts displayed on the tax reporting page;
A maximum period of seven days between the subscription to the plan and the refund request.

📂 How to Request a Refund?
Send your payment receipt to [email protected] specifying your refund request. The Waltio team will process your request as quickly as possible.
⚠️ Warnings
If you subscribed via the iOS application (iPhone), the refund must be requested directly from Apple: https://support.apple.com/118223
Refunds are not possible if a tax report has been downloaded or if the 7-day period has passed.
