Lite, Starter, Smart and Unlimited subscriptions are annual subscriptions running from 1 October to 1 October. Cancelling your subscription disables automatic renewal while keeping your access until the end of the current period.

Step 1 — Click "Cancel" Go to the Our plans page and click "Cancel" in the column of your active plan.

Step 2 — Confirm cancellation A confirmation window lists the features you will lose. Click "Cancel subscription" to confirm your choice.

Step 3 — Finalise on the Stripe portal The subscription management portal opens. Click "Annuler l'abonnement" to finalise the cancellation.

After cancellation, you retain access to your plan until the end of the current period. You can resubscribe at any time.
