The payment for the Basic and Premium plans is an annual subscription. If you feel like cancelling this subscription, you have the possibility to do so.

After cancelling the subscription, you will still be able to use the services provided by Waltio. The purpose of this step is simply to disable the renewal of your subscription for the next year.

Example: You pay a subscription on January 05, 2023, and you cancel your subscription during the year. You will still be able to run reports until 12/31/2023.

Here is the tutorial for you to cancel your subscription:

Step 1: Go to the “My Plan” page, then click on “Change plan” :

Step 2: Enter your email address, associated with your Waltio account, in order to complete a verification, then click on “Envoyer le code” :

You will receive the confirmation code on this email address.

Step 3: Click on “Annuler le plan”:

Step 4: Click on “Annuler le plan”:

💡 You will still be considered Premium and will still have access to Waltio services.

What has changed, however, is that you will have to start the subscription process again if you want to use Waltio again next year.
