Following the request of many customers, we have added the possibility to change his email address by transferring his account from one address to another.
Here is the process to follow in order to make this change :
🚨 IMPORTANT: It is essential that you have already created your new Waltio account (email + password) with the email address to which you want to transfer your data, and that you have completed the step of adding your first account.
Account A = The account to be transferred
Account B = The new account to which we want to transfer our information
I log in to my Account A
I click on "Change my email" in "My Profile", and I enter the email address of Account B
I log out of the A account.
I create a new account on Waltio with the email address of Account B and log in and follow the first account add.
In my Account B mailbox, I click on "Transfer your account":
Your account and information, are now transferred from Account A to Account B 🎉
