📂 Steps to fill in the Waltio template manually
Download and open the template: Download the template file and open it in your spreadsheet software.
Select the transaction type: In column A (Type), select the type of transaction. You can only choose between:
Deposit
Trade
Withdrawal
Fill in the date: Enter the transaction date in column B (Date) using the following format:

For a Deposit or Trade: Select the received amount in the Received amount column and the received token in the Currency or token received column.
For a Withdrawal or Trade: Select the sent amount in the Sent amount column and the sent token in the Currency or token sent column.
Note: Sent amounts must be net of fees. Example: If you made a withdrawal of 10 BCH with a fee of 0.1 BCH, enter
9.90in the Sent amount column and0.1in the Fee column.
Fill in the fees Select the fee amount in the Fee column and the fee token in the Currency or token des Fee column, if applicable.
Fill in the platform name and details
Indicate the platform name in UPPERCASE in column I (Exchange / Platform) (e.g., BINANCE). If the name consists of two words, connect them with an underscore (e.g., COINBASE_PRO).
Enter a description in the Description column and a label in the Label column if desired. This information is optional and can also be added directly from your Waltio account.

💡 Additional information
Raw data formatting: Enter data as raw values without calculation formulas. When pasting values, select "Paste matching destination formatting" to prevent errors.
Time zone display: Timestamps must be entered in GMT. In the Waltio interface, timestamps adjust according to your connection location. Example: A transaction added at 14:00 GMT will display as 15:00 if you are connected from Paris.
Margin trading transactions:
If your trade was profitable: Add a Deposit transaction with the label Derivative product gain.
If your trade resulted in a loss: Add a Withdrawal transaction with the label Loss of derivative product.
Transaction limit: Each file is limited to 10,000 transactions. Files containing more than 10,000 rows will not be read by Waltio.
Advanced format: You can use the Waltio advanced file format if you need to provide additional details (such as time zone or transaction hash).
