📝 Description
This guide explains two methods to add your Ledger transactions to Waltio: synchronization via Ledger Live and importing a transaction history file.
⚠️ Warnings
History export can only be done from the Ledger Live desktop application (not on mobile).
Timestamps exported by Ledger are in UTC; Waltio displays them in Paris time, which may cause a time shift in the displayed timestamps.
Slight differences of a few minutes between deposits and withdrawals may generate warnings; adjust them as needed.
If you import both public address data (e.g., Ethereum, Bitcoin) and a Ledger Live file, duplicates may appear. Choose a single import method.
Automatic connection to Ledger Live is temporarily unavailable. We recommend adding a file or your public addresses instead.
💡 Recommendations
Add all your addresses to cover all of your transactions.
After importing, check your inventory sheet and handle any potential duplicates.
Keep your files and screenshots as proof.
📂 Method 1: Synchronization with Ledger Live

Open Ledger Live and connect your device.
Go to Discover, search for Waltio, then log in to your Waltio account.
Click Add wallet for each address you want to add to Waltio.
📤 Method 2: Ledger Live File Import
Open Ledger Live on your computer.
Go to Settings > Accounts >
…> Export operation history.
Select the accounts you want to export, then click Save to download the CSV file.
Go to the Import a file page on Waltio.
Import your file.
