This article explains how to retrieve and export your transaction files from Trade Republic to import them into Waltio.
👉 Trade Republic offers three types of files depending on the transaction: Invoice.pdf files for one-off investments, Billing Executions.pdf files for Savings Plan executions, and CSV files containing all transactions. All three can be exported from the mobile app.
⚠️ Warnings
The PDF/CSV export is only available from the Trade Republic mobile app.
Each file corresponds to a single transaction and must be exported individually.
Do not modify the PDF/CSV file after downloading it.

Export files for all your transactions to ensure a complete history in Waltio.
Keep your exported files organised by date for easier import.
📂 How to access your files
Method 1 - full CSV
Use this method to download the CSV file
Open the Trade Republic app, go to “Wealth,” and select the “Cash” tab
Tap your profile icon in the top-right corner (shown here as “D”)
Then click “Statements”
Click “Export Transaction,” select the desired date range, and click “Create.”
Method 2— Investments
Use this method to retrieve Invoice.pdf files for your one-off investments from the Cash tab.
Open the Trade Republic app, go to Wealth and select the Cash tab.
Under Transactions, tap on the transaction for which you want to retrieve the file.
Scroll down to the Documents section, tap Invoice to open it, then tap the Share button at the bottom of the screen.
Choose your preferred sharing method (AirDrop, Mail, save to Files, etc.) to export the Invoice.pdf.
Method 2 — Savings Plan
Use this method to retrieve Billing Executions.pdf files for your Savings Plan executions from the Portfolio section.
In the Trade Republic app, go to Wealth and select the Portfolio tab.
Select the asset for which you want to retrieve a file.
Tap on a Savings Plan execution from your history.
Scroll down to Documents, tap Billing Executions, then tap the Share button to export the file.

Go to the Add an account page on Waltio.
Search for "Trade Republic" and import your PDF or CSV file(s).
