This article explains how to retrieve and export your transaction invoice files (Invoice.pdf) from Trade Republic to import them into Waltio. 👉 Each transaction in Trade Republic has an associated invoice document that can be exported and used to record your operations in Waltio.
⚠️ Warnings
The Invoice PDF export is only available from the Trade Republic mobile app.
Each invoice corresponds to a single transaction and must be exported individually.
Do not modify the PDF file after downloading it.

Export invoices for all your transactions to ensure a complete history in Waltio.
Keep your exported invoices organized by date for easier import.
📂 How to access your data
Open the Trade Republic app.
Go to Wealth and select the Cash tab.
Under Transactions, tap on the transaction for which you want to retrieve the invoice.
Scroll down to the Documents section.
Tap on Invoice.
📤 How to export your data
Once the invoice is open, tap the Share button at the bottom of the screen.
Choose your preferred sharing method (AirDrop, Mail, save to Files, etc.) to export the Invoice.pdf.
➕ How to add your data to Waltio
Go to the Add an account page on Waltio.
Search for "Trade Republic" and import your Invoice PDF file.
