This article explains how to connect your Young Platform account to Waltio via the API.
👉 This allows you to automatically retrieve your transactions and ensure accurate tax reporting.
⚠️ Warnings
Ensure your API key has Read-only permissions. Waltio does not need trading or withdrawal permissions.
If you delete your API keys on Young Platform, automatic synchronization will stop.
💡 Recommendations
Keep your secret key in a safe place during creation, as it will only be displayed once.
For optimal synchronization, avoid restricting IP addresses, as Waltio uses multiple servers.
📂 How to access your data
Log in to your Young Platform account.
Click on the profile icon in the top right corner, then click on Impostazioni (Settings).
Scroll down to the Chiavi API (API Keys) section and click on it.
Click on the Genera chiave (Generate key) button.
Configure the key:
Enter a name (e.g., "Waltio").
Leave the Trade and Depositi permissions disabled.
Do not set any IP restrictions.
Click Continua and complete the security verification via your authenticator app (2FA).
Copy and save your Chiave Pubblica (API Key) and API Secret (Secret Key). This information will only be displayed once.
📤 How to export your data
The API automatically retrieves your data. If you need it for very old or unsupported transactions, you can import a file in Waltio format.

Go to the Add an account page on Waltio.
Search for "Young Platform" and select the API option.
Enter your API key and secret key.
