This article explains how to connect your Paymium account to Waltio via API.
👉 You can also connect via Paymium Sync.
⚠️ Warnings
Waltio only requires read-only permissions.
If you add files containing API-read transactions, Waltio will duplicate them.
Do not delete or modify your API keys, as this interrupts synchronization and may cause the loss of labels or manual changes made on transactions.
💡 Recommendations
Use Paymium Sync if you prefer a simplified connection.
Always store your secret key securely, as it is only displayed once.
If you encounter synchronization errors after modifying your keys, contact Waltio support via chat.
📂 How to access your data
Log in to your Paymium account.
In the top menu, click your user icon, then select API.
📤 How to export your data
Click Create a new API token.
Configure your API token (name and read-only permission).
Copy your secret key and save it securely (only displayed once).
Close the window and copy your public key.

Go to the Drop my key on Waltio page.
Enter your API key and secret.
