This article explains how to connect your my.OKX account to Waltio via API.
👉 The API allows automatic synchronization of deposits and withdrawals, but trades must be imported via file.
⚠️ Warnings
The my.OKX API does not retrieve all transactions.
Only deposits and withdrawals are automatically synchronized.
Trades must be added via file: Import a file.
If you delete or modify your API keys, synchronization will fail.
Deleting your keys results in the loss of all manual changes made to transactions imported via API.
If you add files containing transactions already retrieved by API, these transactions will be duplicated.
💡 Recommendations
We recommend using only files for complete data retrieval.
Do not associate an IP address when creating the API key.
Select only read permissions.
📂 How to access your data
Log in to your OKX account.
Click on your profile at the top left and select API.
Click on Create a V5 API key.
Name your keys (example: Waltio Key), then choose a password.
Select only the read authorization, verify via email and SMS, then click Confirm.
📤 How to export your data
Trades must be exported as a file from your OKX account.
Then import them into Waltio using the Import a file function.
