This article explains how to export your deposit, withdrawal, Spot, and Futures histories from the MEXC platform. 👉 It is useful to keep a complete record of your transactions and import them into Waltio for tax reporting.
⚠️ Warnings
The downloadable history is limited to 540 days.
Deposits and withdrawals cover the full history, but Spot and Futures orders are limited to 365 days per export.
Do not check the Encrypt the file box when exporting.
If your activity exceeds 540 days, you must contact support to retrieve your full data.
💡 Recommendations
Download your files regularly to avoid losing data.
If you have used MEXC for more than one year, make two separate exports to cover the entire period.
📂 How to access your data
Log in to your MEXC account.
Go to the Deposits and Withdrawals history page.
Click on Deposit then Export.
Do not check Encrypt the file and click on Generate.
Repeat the procedure by selecting Withdraw under Type for your withdrawals.
📤 How to export your data
For your Spot transactions:
Go to Trade History then Export.
Select the time period and click Generate.
If you have used MEXC for more than 540 days:
Contact customer service via the headset icon at the bottom right of the MEXC homepage.
Type I want to talk with a human.
Then send the following message:
Hello, I would like to retrieve the summary of my transactions on the MEXC platform. Here are the details you need: 1. My email address 2. I want to export Deposit, Withdrawal, Spot, Future 3. The start and end date of my activity on MEXC Thank you in advance
You will receive your files by email within 2 to 3 business days.
