  • Opening and saving a CSV file may change its structure and make it unreadable by Waltio. Do not open or rename downloaded files.

  1. Contact AscendEX customer service at support@asdx.zendesk.com.

  2. For deposits and withdrawals, request:

    • Subject: Full CSV transaction report

    • Description: Request deposits and withdrawals from 01/01/2018 to 31/12/20XX with your account email.

  3. For trades, request:

    • Subject: Full CSV transaction report

    • Description: Request trades from 01/01/2018 to 31/12/20XX with your account email.

  1. Wait for AscendEX support to send you the requested CSV files (deposits/withdrawals and trades).

  1. Go to the Import a file page on Waltio.

  2. Upload this files.
