After payment acceptance :

1️⃣ Waltio sends you a questionnaire to complete by email and chat: the purpose of this questionnaire is to ensure that we have all the information we need to investigate as quickly and efficiently as possible.

2️⃣ Once the questionnaire has been received and validated by the Care team, we start work.

  • If any information is missing, the Care team will take charge of communication to obtain the necessary information.

3️⃣ Once the account has been finalised, we send all the results to the customer with a signature to validate the work carried out.

An appointment can be requested for a 30-minute review.
These results comprise 5 files :

  • Tax certificate

  • Declaration appendix

  • Stock sheet

  • Ledger

  • Deliverable produced by Waltio

4️⃣ Once we've obtained your signature, we save the hash of your file containing our work on the Bitcoin blockchain, ensuring the security and integrity of the information.

🚨 Waltio may refuse work on an account and will automatically refund the customer. Here are some causes:

  • Poor quality of imported data;

  • Absence or inadequacy of imported data;

  • Technical constraints linked to the impossibility of supporting a platform or type of operation;

  • Large number of operations that cannot be supported;

  • Transactions involving delisted or non-existent assets;

  • Inability to meet the stated deadlines due to a heavy and exceptional workload or the complexity of the User's account.
