Our experts analyse your account from A to Z, using the data from the accounts you have added to provide you with :
a document containing all the recommendations to be carried out to resolve all your warnings.

a validation of your account based on your data.

👉 Human Review process
Once payment has been accepted :
1️⃣ Waltio sends you a questionnaire to complete by email and chat: the purpose of this questionnaire is to ensure that we have all the information we need to investigate as quickly and efficiently as possible.
2️⃣ Once the questionnaire has been received and validated by the Care team, we start work.
If any information is missing, the Care team will take charge of communication to obtain the necessary information.
3️⃣ When the account review is finalised, we send you a full document with the recommendations to be made.
4️⃣ If the account is approved by the experts without requiring any changes, we will send you a document certifying all the checks carried out by the Waltio team.
👉 How long does it take?
The delivery time is 3 weeks, excluding the tax season.
This can increase to 5 weeks during the tax season.
👉 How much does it cost?
The price is 799 euros.
👉 Can I get a refund?
A refund may be requested if no delivery has been made within:
3 weeks outside the tax season
5 weeks during tax season
🚨 No refund can be requested if the work has been delivered.
🚨 If you subscribe to the "Human Review" service less than 4 weeks before the close of the tax return for your state of residence, completion of the service cannot be guaranteed before the tax return closes. No refund will be made for this reason.
