Two-factor authentication (2FA) strengthens the security of your Waltio account by requiring a temporary code in addition to your password at each login.
⚠️ Warnings
Keep your backup key safely on paper. It will allow you to recover access if you lose your phone.
If you lose both access to the 2FA app and your backup key, Waltio will not be able to remove 2FA from your account.
📂 How to Enable Two-Factor Authentication?
Step 1 — Access settings Log in to Waltio, then go to My Profile → Preferences and click "Enable 2FA".
Step 2 — Scan the QR code Download and install Authy or Google Authenticator on your mobile device. Open the app and tap [+] to scan the QR code displayed on screen. If you cannot scan it, manually enter the configuration key shown.
💡 Additional Information
Compatible apps: Authy, Google Authenticator, or any standard TOTP application.
Once enabled, 2FA is required at every login.
