Waltio accepts refund requests under certain strict conditions. Before subscribing, the free Lite version allows you to test the platform to ensure it meets your needs.
📂 What Are the Refund Conditions?
A refund may be granted if both of the following conditions are met:
The request is made within 14 days of the subscription date.
No tax report has been generated since the subscription.
📂 How to Request a Refund?
Send your payment receipt to hello@waltio.com specifying your refund request. The Waltio team will process your request as quickly as possible.
⚠️ Warnings
If you subscribed via the iOS application (iPhone), the refund must be requested directly from Apple: https://support.apple.com/118223
Refunds are not possible if a tax report has been downloaded or if the 14-day period has passed.
