How to import your HTX Huobi transactions into Waltio using a file? Follow this tutorial to add your crypto operations easily and safely.

This article explains how to export your transactions from Huobi in order to import them into Waltio.
👉 We only support the ledger file, not the Order History file.

⚠️ Warnings

  • If you already set up an API, download only Exchange order records.

  • We do not support the Order History file.

  • If the file does not contain Latin alphabet characters, we cannot read it.

  • Opening and saving a CSV file may alter its structure and block our automatic reading. Once downloaded, do not open or modify it.

💡 Recommendations

  • If the export form does not work, contact Huobi at [email protected].

  • In your request, include a photo of yourself holding your ID and a handwritten note with: the request date, the mention “application for access data,” and the fact that you need the ledger file.

📂 How to access your data

  1. On Huobi, go to Orders (top right) then click Exchange and Margin Order.

  2. Click on Order History.

  3. Click on Click here (middle of the screen).
    ​

  4. Fill out the form:

    • Time: enter a date earlier than your first transaction.

    • Data type: check all boxes.

    • Add your ID information and a handwritten message.

    • Click Submit.
      ​

  5. Once approved, you will receive a file with all your account data.

  1. Go to the Import a file page on Waltio.

  2. Upload this file.
