This article explains how to connect your Bison App account to Waltio via File.
⚠️ Warnings
Our tool only supports Comma separated CSV files.
Opening and saving a CSV file can change its structure and block its automatic reading by our software.
Once the file is downloaded, do not open it or change its format or date settings.
💡 Recommendations
The standard CSV format is the one to use.
Make sure to export the complete transaction history to avoid missing any transactions.
📂 How to access your data
Log in to your Bison App account.
Go to Account → Reports.
Select Transaction History (CSV).
📤 How to export your data
Select the desired period for your transactions.
Click on Request report.
The CSV file will be sent to your registered email address.
Download the CSV file from your email.

Go to the Import a file page on Waltio.
Upload this file.
