This guide explains how to add your Virwox transactions into Waltio even though the platform is now closed.

⚠️ Warnings
The Virwox platform is closed, so it is no longer possible to export files directly.
You must either import your old Virwox files or fill out a Waltio template file.
💡 Recommendations
We recommend manually adding your transactions using the Waltio template file.
Paste only the values into the template to preserve the correct formatting.
📂 How to access your data
If you still have your old Virwox files, you can import them directly into Waltio.
Otherwise, use a Waltio template file available for download:
Download the Waltio template file (.XLSX).
📤 How to export your data
It is no longer possible to export from Virwox as the platform is closed.
You must reconstruct your transactions manually in the Waltio template file.
