How to import your MEXC transactions into Waltio using a file? Follow this tutorial to add your crypto operations easily and safely.

This article explains how to export your deposit, withdrawal, Spot, and Futures histories from the MEXC platform. 👉 It is useful to keep a complete record of your transactions and import them into Waltio for tax reporting.

⚠️ Warnings

  • The downloadable history is limited to 540 days.

  • Deposits and withdrawals cover the full history, but Spot and Futures orders are limited to 365 days per export.

  • Do not check the Encrypt the file box when exporting.

  • If your activity exceeds 540 days, you must contact support to retrieve your full data.

💡 Recommendations

  • Download your files regularly to avoid losing data.

  • If you have used MEXC for more than one year, make two separate exports to cover the entire period.

📂 How to access your data

  • Log in to your MEXC account.

  • Go to the MEXC Help Center page.

  • Click on Account Data Export.

  • Check the "Required for tax reporting" option on the form and click Next.

  • You are now in the data download center.

📤 How to export your data

For your Deposit and Withdrawal history:

  1. Go to the Funding History tab.

  2. Check Deposit History and Withdrawal History.

  3. Select the period and click Export.

⚠️ Do not check Encrypt the file.

For your Spot transactions:

  1. Go to the Spot tab.

  2. Check Spot Trade History.

  3. Select the period and click Export.

⚠️ Do not check Encrypt the file.

For your Futures transactions:

  1. Go to the Futures tab.

  2. Check Futures Trade History.

  3. Select the period and click Export.

⚠️ Do not check Encrypt the file.

If you have been using MEXC for more than 540 days:

  1. Contact customer support via the headset icon at the bottom right of the MEXC homepage.

  2. Type I want to talk with a human.

  3. Send the following message:

Hello, I would like to retrieve a summary of my transactions on the MEXC platform. Here is the required information:  1. My email address  
2. I want to export Deposit, Withdrawal, Spot, Future  
3. The start and end dates of my activity on MEXC  Thank you in advance.

  • You will receive your files within 2 to 3 business days.

➕ How to add your data to Waltio

  1. Go to the Import a file page on Waltio.

  2. Upload this files.
