Waltio only includes "closed" orders, otherwise we can never know what the final quantities traded were.
This is not a technical limitation but a fiscal one: price variations inevitably occur at order closure. Open order values fluctuate and cannot be reliably interpreted, and reported figures depend on the file export date.
Waltio exclusively processes orders with a closed date.
