The Chiliz platform does not allow extracting transaction history in the form of a file.
However, you can add them manually in two ways.
How do I add my unsupported accounts?
📝 By adding transactions manually.
At “My Transactions” page, click on “create a new transaction” (on the right side of your screen). Then, you have to choose the type of transaction and fill in the information. Once the transaction has been filled in (price, date, sending and receiving crypto…) click on “return to the list of my transactions.”

📑 By using a Waltio file format :
This is an Excel file format that we designed so that you can enter numerous transactions more quickly. You can create them manually or copy/paste them from your non-Waltio file (only paste the values to keep the Waltio file layout).
💡 We do not provide information to report your foreign accounts regarding platforms not supported by Waltio.
How to search and label your Chiliz platform transactions?
Step 1: Log in to your Chiliz account.
Step 2: Access your wallet transaction history
1️⃣ Click on Balance
2️⃣ Click on Wallet
3️⃣ You will have access to your deposits, withdrawals and bonuses.
Step 3: The different types of transactions
👉 “Deposit” = deposit transaction
Let's take the example of the transaction circled in red:
In your transaction creation page, you will need to add a deposit of 175 LUFC on 10/27/2021 at 9:38:42 a.m.
👉 “Withdraw” = withdrawal transaction
Let's take the example of the transaction circled in red:
In your transaction creation page, you will need to add a Withdrawal of 444.74361729 CHZ on 07/11/2023 at 10:38:03.
👉 “Other” = Deposit transaction to be labeled “Other gain”
Let's take the example of the transaction circled in red:
In your transaction creation page, you will need to add a Deposit of 0.00276 CHZ on 05/11/2023 at 03:02:39 and then label the transaction "Other gain".
Step 3: Access your trading transaction history

2️⃣ Cliquez sur Spot Orders2️⃣ Click on Spot Orders
3️⃣ Cliquez sur Trade History3️⃣ Click on Trade History
Let's take the example of the transaction circled in red:
In your transaction creation page, you will need to add:
👉 "BUY": Exchange of 445 CHZ (deposit) against 39.1995 USDT (withdraw) on 07/11/2023 at 10:36:14 am.
👉 “SELL”: Exchange of 8.8027 USDT (deposit) for 113 CHZ (withdraw) on 07/11/2023 at 10:34:02 a.m.
All you have to do is add all of your transactions to your transaction creation page or by using a Waltio format file and that's it!
