📝 Description
When a public address is linked to multiple blockchains, Waltio automatically suggests associating all matching chains. This tutorial shows you how to retrieve your transaction history across all blockchains linked to the same address in one go.
📂 Tutorial
1. Retrieve the public key from your wallet
Open the wallet you use
Copy your wallet address (public key)
2. Add the address on Waltio
Go to the Blockchains section
Click on one of the blockchains you use (for example Ethereum)
Paste your wallet address
3. Associate all blockchains
Once your key is connected, Waltio automatically detects the other blockchains linked to that address.
Select the blockchains you want to add (by default, all are checked)
Click "Associate my account": all selected blockchains and their transactions are automatically imported
💡 Additional Information
This also works with name services. To learn more: name services article
Holding non-custodial wallets (Ledger, Trezor, Metamask…) does not need to be declared. Only accounts held abroad (exchange platforms such as Coinbase, Kraken…) must be declared using the 3916-BIS form.
⚠️ If you have imported transactions from a public key and a Ledger Live file, certain operations may appear in both transaction histories. These duplicates are visible on your stock card and must be deleted manually to ensure your capital gains calculation is correct. To delete a transaction: go to My Transactions, click on the transaction, then click the trash icon.
